Customized Innovative Treatment
We believe there is no value to PT that only includes basic cookie cutter exercise programming that you could easily look up on YouTube for free. With us, your treatment sessions will never look identical. Our exercise programming will always be designed to challenge you while maintaining safety and ensuring you are not in more pain as a result of participating in physical therapy. Additionally, you will always receive a customized home exercise program and never be left in the dark wondering what you should and shouldn’t be doing in between sessions to maintain progress. We also offer innovative treatments like dry needling with and without electric stimulation, cupping, instrument assisted myofascial release, and more.
Always 1-on-1 Treatment from the Same Provider
If you have ever had outpatient physical therapy before, you probably were shuffled around between several different PTs, PTAs, aides/techs, and students. While each of these providers can serve their purpose in different settings, they come with different educational backgrounds, different levels of training and skillsets, and different treatment methodologies. At Coastal Orthopedic Advantage you will be evaluated and treated solely by our PT, who is an orthopedic residency trained doctor of physical therapy and a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist every session. This level of consistent one-on-one care with a trained specialist is unfortunately almost unheard of at all local PT clinics.
Facility and Resources
We are conveniently located inside of Kingdom Performance & Wellness Club, which is a new and state-of-the-art facility in Palm Harbor, Florida. The facility includes amenities such as sauna and cold plunge treatments, a massage therapist, and one of the best strength training and performance centers in the region with a staff of highly qualified personal trainers. This ensures you well be able to seamlessly transition to high level training at the same facility after completing physical therapy if you choose to do so. Additionally, our therapist has worked with some of the best orthopedic physicians and surgeons in the area if you need a referral for additional diagnostics or medical intervention.
