Services Provided

Exercise Interventions

Our clients will be provided with a customized exercise program including the best and most relevant evidence-based interventions to address pain, weakness, mobility deficits, and joint restriction. Your therapist will make sure you are independent with these exercises because the goal is for you to ultimately be able to manage your condition with as little treatment as possible so you can get back to doing what you love as soon as possible.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy can entail a variety of treatments including but not limited to therapeutic massage, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, passive stretching, and cupping interventions. Our therapist will determine what is best for you and provide you with the most optimal treatment.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment that utilizes acupuncture needles to treat painful orthopedic conditions. Small needles are inserted into or around pathological tissue to cause biochemical changes which have been shown to effectively decrease pain, tenderness, and inflammation while simultaneously increasing blood flow and expediting the healing process. This treatment may also be combined concurrently with electric stimulation for more profound benefits if indicated and appropriate.

Pricing

Pricing for all treatments is 75$ per visit at this time regardless if it is an initial evaluation or a follow-up treatment. This price also includes the cost of dry needling, which can sometimes cost well over 50$ for one session at other clinics. Prices are kept low to provide clients the highest quality care at an accessible price point.

We can provide you with an itemized document called a “superbill” upon your request that YOU can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement for out of network benefits. Many insurance providers will reimburse some if not all the cost of PT, but this is not guaranteed, and it is the patient’s responsibility to determine their out of network benefits and submit the superbill to the appropriate parties.

Additionally, you may use pre-tax FSA or HSA funds for treatment if you choose to do so.

  • As stated above, we are currently an out-of network provider.

  • The ultimate goal of any physical therapy program is to give you the knowledge and tools you need to treat and manage any condition independently. By treating clients in their own home environment, the PT will be able to demonstrate how to properly set up and perform exercises using your actual equipment and surroundings. Also, manual therapy, dry needling, and exercises can easily be performed in your home with the portable treatment table and exercise equipment that will be transported by your therapist to each visit.

  • YES! Home exercise programming is one of the most important aspects of any physical therapy program. After each session our PT will provide you with a printout or email with pictures and instructions of each recommended exercise. Our PT finds that people are much more adherent to exercise programs when they are frequently updated and kept manageable and prioritized. Typically, 3-6 prioritized exercises will be given so you will never be overwhelmed and are more likely to develop a consistent routine because that is how true progress happens.

  • Your therapist will have a variety of equipment to treat your specific orthopedic condition. The equipment may include, but is not limited to: balance pads, a BOSU ball, dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, a portable TRX suspension trainer, a yoga ball, and much more.

Equipment utilized in your sessions can be commonly found in most gyms and fitness facilities.

  • The most popular answer to just about any medical question is…it depends. Your PT will discuss your prognosis and recommended treatment plan after your initial evaluation. It is our goal for you to only get as much PT as you actually need in order to achieve your unique goals. Some people like to have more frequent visits for accountability. Others may want telehealth visits for exercise guidance and programming and may seek in-person treatment strictly for manual therapy.

The great thing about having a cash-based plan of care is your treatment plan is totally customizable as long as your therapist determines it is appropriate and in your best interest.
